Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard and Express Post are available at checkout, and every order includes tracking.

Not currently. KollectMania Cards ships Australia-wide only.

Every single card is carefully inspected under bright lighting and from multiple angles. We grade our cards conservatively using our Card Condition Guide, which explains exactly what each condi-tion grade means.

Absolutely. Every product sold by KollectMania Cards is 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. We are an Australian-owned and operated business based in Perth, Western Australia, and all purchases are protected under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for sealed, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Single cards, graded cards and opened products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout. It provides additional cover if your order is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, allowing an eligible replacement or refund to be arranged quickly.

KollectMania Cards is based in Perth, Western Australia, but we are currently an online-only store and are not open for walk-in visits.
